What makes it different from a dashboard tool

A BI tool can draw this. It cannot tell you what any of it costs you, or open a figure to find the event that caused it.

Ask anything of any event, without a warehouse

Every raw event is kept, queryable, for as long as your tier retains it. Group by account, event type or day over hundreds of millions of rows and get an answer while you are still looking at the screen.

Every number drills down

A figure you cannot open is a figure you cannot trust. Click any amount through to the events behind it, and any event through to the arithmetic behind that.

Know the month-end figure before month end

Each account carries an end-of-month projection from its own run rate. Bill shock is a surprise; a projection is a conversation you can have on the 12th.

Hear about margin in pounds, not percentages

Margin-negative routes, spend spikes that look like fraud, supplier rates that moved mid-month. Denominated in money, because that is the unit you make decisions in.

Follow any amount to the arithmetic behind it

This is the whole calculation for one event: what was recorded, what it was rounded to, what minimum applied, which tariff line matched and why.

Why this tariff line

2 lines on this plan are prefixes of 447322157. The longest one wins.

  • 4473 characters£0.00042 / secondApplied
  • 442 characters£0.00018 / secondShorter prefix

Every rated row stores enough to reproduce its own charge. That is what makes an invoice defensible.
